  • Job Summary

    We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urology team in Longview, TX. The primary focus of this role will be seeing follow-up patients and post-operative patients, helping to ensure continuity of care and excellent patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide outpatient follow-up care for established urology patients

    • Manage post-operative visits, monitor recovery, and address complications or concerns

    • Conduct routine assessments for chronic urologic conditions

    • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and urinalysis

    • Participate in in-office procedures as appropriate

    • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and long-term management of urologic conditions

    • Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

    Qualifications

    • Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

    • Prior experience in urology, internal medicine, or a surgical subspecialty preferred

    • Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational abilities

    • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team

    Schedule & Compensation

    • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
