Location: Bellingham, WA (On‑Site)

Job Type: Full‑Time

Pay Range: $60,000–$70,000 per year + Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Pay, and PTO.

Are you a creative, organized, and data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced team environment? We are looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales & Social Media Marketing Specialist to support sales initiatives, elevate our digital presence, and help drive growth.

This is an on-site role (5 days/week) with occasional travel for tradeshows—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage deadlines and deliverables with precision and accountability
• Support Inside Sales through data tracking, reporting, and insights
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations, turning sales numbers into compelling stories
• Assist with trade show planning, setup, and support
• Lead and support social media content and engagement
• Contribute to creative digital design initiatives
• Help rebuild and maintain the company website, including updates and adjustments
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support ongoing initiatives
