Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

As an Assembler, you’ll contribute to building high-quality wire rope assemblies used across various industries. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure production runs smoothly and quality standards are consistently met.

What You’ll Do:
As an Assembler in Brookpark, you will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing work orders, fab tickets, and blueprints to understand specifications and requirements.
  • Measuring and calculating wire rope lengths, and selecting appropriate fittings to ensure secure and precise assemblies.
  • Setting up, operating, and adjusting wire rope assembly equipment to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Inspecting finished products meticulously to confirm they meet quality standards.
  • Tagging and labeling products accurately using capacity tables for traceability.
  • Counting inventory and reporting stock levels to support seamless production flow.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to uphold safety standards.
  • Following all safety protocols diligently and reporting any safety concerns immediately.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience in rigging, lifting, or similar mechanical work is preferred.
  • Ability to lift or pull at least 50 pounds safely.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills and comfort using a computer, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic to contribute to a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical assessment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify compliant).
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Trade school, military experience, or similar mechanical background is a plus.
