Nonprofit Solutions Assistant

Ascending Solutions partners with nonprofit organizations to support community outreach and event-based fundraising. We are hiring a Nonprofit Solutions Assistant in Charlotte, NC to support nonprofit campaigns through community engagement and on-site event support.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit work, community service, and public-facing outreach.

Responsibilities

• Support nonprofit fundraising and outreach events
• Communicate nonprofit missions and impact to community members
• Assist with donor engagement and on-site donations or pledges
• Help with event setup, materials organization, and breakdown
• Work with outreach teams to ensure organized, professional event execution

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Interest in nonprofit or community-based work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Experience in events or customer-facing roles is a plus, not required
