Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nonprofit Fundraising Consultant to lead and execute fundraising efforts for a Conference. This is a commission-based role focused on securing financial support through donations, sponsorships, grants, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, proven success in securing funding, and an established network of donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Identify and secure funding through:
• • Individual donors
  • Corporate sponsorships
  • Foundations and grants
• Research, write, and submit grant proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
• Create fundraising campaigns and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Track and report fundraising progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership to align funding with program needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising (required)
• Demonstrated success in securing grants and sponsorships
• Strong grant writing and proposal development skills
• Established network of potential donors, foundations, or corporate partners (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Compensation

• Commission-based (percentage of funds raised)
