We’re searching for a Nonprofit Account Support Representative who’s someone eager to take on client-facing responsibilities, manage outreach initiatives, and ensure every campaign achieves meaningful results. Job Description
The Nonprofit Account Support Representative is a performance-driven opportunity that combines relationship management, strategy, and purpose. Your duties will include:
Present and promote charitable programs to prospective donors and community partners.
Participate in local events to represent client initiatives and engage supporters.
Encourage and secure donations through storytelling and relationship-building.
Support daily campaign planning, logistics, and reporting.
Track and analyze account performance metrics.
Communicate regularly with nonprofit partners to maintain alignment.
Work with fellow Nonprofit Account Support Representative and other team members to refine engagement strategies.
Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new associates.
