Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the development and execution of workforce programs including externships, clinical placements, certificate training, and upskilling pathways.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Education, Operations) and academic institutions to align programming with current and future workforce needs.
Collaborate on the development and submission of grant proposals to secure funding for workforce development initiatives; support post-award implementation, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor labor market data and internal workforce trends to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Design scalable solutions and toolkits to enhance program delivery and improve student and employee experiences.
Represent the organization in external partnerships, academic advisory boards, and workforce development collaboratives.
Create presentations, briefings, and outcome reports to inform leadership and support stakeholder engagement.
Ensure program compliance with internal policies, contractual terms, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in workforce development, talent management, academic partnerships, or healthcare program design and implementation.
Demonstrated experience in grant writing and/or securing external funding for educational or workforce initiatives.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strong skills in data analysis, presentation development, and strategic communication.
Knowledge of healthcare workforce trends and educational pipelines preferred.
Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree in Public Health, Education, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
