Job Details
Full‑time Assistant Nurse Manager supporting 24/7 patient care
Night shift: 7:00pm–7:30am (40 hours/week)
Hybrid role with clinical and leadership responsibilities
Supports staffing, operations, budgeting, and team development
Requirements
BSN required; MSN preferred
Active RN license and required life‑support certifications
5–7 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred
