Must have skills:
- A great understanding of UX research modalities and methods (generalist)
- At least 4-5 years of experience in remote, in-person, moderated, and unmoderated user research; including but not limited to usability testing, interviews, surveys, click test, card sorts, tree testing, etc.
- Experience with testing platforms: Maze, Figma are required and Qualtrics preferred, Glass Box (additional optional )
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in finance, insurance, or healthcare (regulated industries)
- Great active listening skills
- Strong storytelling skills
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects end-to-end
- Collaboration with teammates and partners
- Being open to feedback Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor required.
