Coverage needs:
-Start date: April 20th
-End date: April 2027
Schedule:
-Hours: 1 pm to 4 pm
-Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Setting:
-Outpatient
-Remote
-Provider will need to come in once during the assignment to see patients in person
Cases:
-Anxiety, bipolar, panic, depression, stress-related, substance use/abuse
-6 to 12 patients per shift
-Appointments will be 30 mins for new patients and 15 mins for established
-Ages 13+
EMR:
-EPIC
Board Certification:
-BC Psychiatrist
Credentialing timeline:
-60 to 90 days
-If the provider has a FL Medicare Number, then the timeline would be shorter
Requirements:
-Active FL license
-Active DEA
-On-site EPIC training where the provider will be issued a laptop for the assignment
