Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing value-based care group in Greater Las Vegas. This is a full-time role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population in an institutional setting. (SNF/ LTC)

  • Base Salary: $260K$290K (commensurate with experience)
  • Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
  • Schedule: MondayFriday, outpatient only no nights, weekends, or hospital call
  • Patient Volume: 12-14 patients per day
  • Team Model: Work alongside nurse practitioners, MAs, and care coordinators in a collaborative environment
  • Mission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary care with a focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management

Your Impact

  • Serve as the patients first point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
  • Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and specialists
  • Leverage data-driven tools to monitor patient outcomes and tailor care plans
  • Educate and empower patients to manage their health proactively
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and community health programs

Qualifications

  • MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Current, unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • DEA certification required
  • Prior experience in value-based or managed care preferred
