Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio  part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

• Flexible schedule: 2-5 days/week (4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
• Comprehensive support: 1 physician, 2 APPs, 24/7 hospitalists, care team model
• 100% outpatient: optional inpatient for additional income
• Manageable call: light 1:3 with APP-first coverage
• Technology & support: onsite EEG & EMG, stroke-certified system, strong rehab services, 12-bed ACU

Compensation & Benefits

• $400K base salary (guaranteed beyond initial term)
• Total potential $400K-$500K+ (uncapped wRVU bonus)
• $40K sign-on bonus + $100K student loan support
• 5+ weeks PTO, $5K CME + $10K relocation assistance
• 403(b) with 4% match + full benefits
