The facility maintains a dedicated neurology consultation service supported by experienced medical staff and advanced practice clinicians. The hospital provides 24-hour neurological coverage with state-of-the-art imaging capabilities for stroke care and neurological diagnostics.

The neurologist will provide inpatient consultation services managing adult patients with neurological conditions. Primary responsibilities include acute stroke care with tPA administration and interpretation of CT/CTA/CTP studies at a Target Stroke Elite Gold Plus Certified Primary Stroke Center. The clinician must be comfortable with emergency neurological interventions and maintain board certification or eligibility. EEG and NCV/EMG interpretation skills are considered beneficial but not required for this vacation coverage position.

• Case Load/PPD: 4-6 consults per day, 10-15 inpatient follow-ups
