" Good Knowledge in Cisco Nexus Devices and FortiGate Firewalls
" Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
" Configuring and managing routers, switches and firewalls
" Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and security protocols.
" Scripting with PowerShell or Python for efficiency.
" Using tools to track and optimize network health.
" Implementing and managing backup/disaster recovery plans.
Good-to-Have
" Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills
" Excellent communication (written/oral) & presentation skills
" Ability to interact with internal/external clients and handle escalations
" Highly committed to meet the business objectives
" Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
" Maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software, including multi-user applications and servers.
" Implement and oversee security measures like firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, and VPNs to protect against unauthorized access.
" Resolve network connectivity issues, hardware/software problems, and provide technical assistance to end-users.
" Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, policies, and procedures.
" Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security principles.
