Nesco Data Center and Infrastructure is seeking a Network Associate in the Greater Louisville CO Area.
Job Summary
The Associate provides hands-on technical support for end-user devices, ensuring reliable system performance, connectivity, and user access. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining accurate documentation of system changes and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform workstation setup and support, including imaging, configuration, software installation/removal, and connectivity troubleshooting across operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Provide best-effort support for mobile devices (e.g., Android and iOS), including troubleshooting operating system issues and cloud service connectivity.
- Document basic user changes and inventory updates in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify and escalate recurring technical issues to IT/Operations leadership or designated support resources.
- Log, track, and update service requests within the customer's ticketing system or designated service management platform.
- Manage user accounts, including provisioning, updates, and deactivation (add, change, remove, delete).

- Support activities may be performed within client-managed systems or through a managed service platform, depending on service scope.
- Emphasis on clear documentation, timely communication, and adherence to support processes.
