Position Overview:

This role is focused on engaging independent CDL owner-operators to support freight movement through dispatch-assisted coordination. Drivers maintain control of their operations while working within an organized system for load distribution.

Responsibilities:

Complete assigned deliveries within scheduled timelines

Maintain communication regarding load progress

Coordinate availability for upcoming assignments

Submit required documentation after delivery

Operate in accordance with dispatch guidelines

Qualifications:

CDL with owner-operator status

Own equipment (all trailer types and power-only accepted)

Ability to manage time and routes effectively

Strong communication skills

Industry experience required

Work Environment:

Independent operation supported by structured coordination, dispatch communication, and shipment tracking systems.
