Position Overview

Seeking CDL-A owner-operators with their own equipment who want to operate in a structured nationwide freight system. This position offers drivers the ability to maintain independence while working with a logistics team committed to consistent freight flow, professional communication, and operational reliability.

Supported by an Oregon-based operations team with more than three decades of industry experience, this role includes regional and long-haul routes across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport freight across assigned lanes

Maintain updates on load progress and shipment timelines

Coordinate schedules and manage delivery commitments

Submit accurate documentation and maintain compliance with regulations

Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA safety and operational standards

Represent a professional presence with shippers, brokers, and receivers

Contractor Requirements

Valid CDL-A license

Tractor and equipment ownership or lease

Active insurance and operational authority

Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

Strong organizational and communication skills
