Work may be performed remotely or through a hybrid arrangement connected to an Oregon-based operations hub. Individuals located within a reasonable commuting range may participate in on-site workflow coordination, while others operate remotely within a national structure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate dispatch activity across multiple freight lanes

Monitor shipment progress and maintain status updates

Communicate with drivers and logistics contacts

Maintain accurate operational records

Assist with load scheduling adjustments and issue tracking

Support ongoing dispatch workflow organization

Qualifications

Strong communication and coordination skills
