  • Support individualized development planning, succession insights, and targeted development for high‑potential talent.

Programs, engagement & culture

  • Coordinate the annual employee engagement survey, customer satisfaction surveys, focus groups, action plans, and follow‑through on commitments; enable local engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Facilitate HR updates at regional meetings as needed.

HR operations

  • Own your admin: HRIS transactions and data integrity; letters (offers, changes, discipline), file management, onboarding/offboarding tasks, benefits enrollments/changes, leave and disability administration (as applicable), and liaise with benefits and insurance providers.

Compliance & risk

  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (including wage and hour and EEO/anti-discrimination requirements); prepare for and support audits.
  • Support more complex leave/absence and accommodation administration in line with policy and applicable requirements (e.g., FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs), coordinating with benefits/leave vendors as needed.

Competency & Work Experience :

  • 10+ years progressive HR experience; experience in unionized environments considered an asset

  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, prioritization, and change agility in a fast‑paced, matrixed setting.
