Electrical Foreman – Commercial Construction (Travel Required)
Pay: $40–$50 per hour (based on experience & licensing)
Travel: 75–90% | 17/4 Schedule (17 days on / 4 days off)
Job Type: Full-Time | Nationwide Projects
About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial construction projects across multiple states. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and traveling to new job sites.

You will support the Superintendent/PM while leading field crews to deliver high-quality, safe, and on-schedule electrical installations.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on active job sites

  • Install and oversee: service wiring, conduits, fixtures, panels, and electrical systems

  • Interpret and follow blueprints, NEC codes, and project requirements

  • Track job progress, equipment, manpower, and materials

  • Complete daily reporting and safety documentation

  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA + company safety rules

  • Support planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation

  • Train and mentor electricians to ensure top-tier workmanship

  • Communicate professionally with clients and leadership
What You Need

  • 5+ years commercial electrical experience

  • Leadership experience running crews

  • Journeyman License required | Master preferred

  • Strong understanding of NEC codes and electrical systems

  • Ability to read prints/schematics

  • Reliable transportation | Willing to travel nationwide

  • Personal hand tools + PPE compliance

  • Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings
Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs

  • Work at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolds up to 90 ft)

  • Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, overhead work

  • All-weather environments

  • Overtime and occasional night shifts
