We are partnering with a leading technology organization to hire Network Technicians who are comfortable working in a production environment performing device configuration, testing, and deployment of networking equipment.
This role is ideal for candidates with early career networking experience who want to gain hands-on exposure working with enterprise networking hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and test routers, switches, and network devices
Deploy and configure VLANs
Perform OS loads, firmware upgrades, and license installation
Follow documented procedures to build and test network equipment
Support server and network configuration in a production environment
Conduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting during device configuration
Required Experience
1–2 years of networking experience (maximum 6 years total experience)
Hands-on experience configuring routers, switches, or network devices
Understanding of network fundamentals and VLAN deployment
Experience working in a technical production or lab environment preferred
Important: This is NOT a help desk or PC support role. We are specifically seeking candidates with network configuration experience.
Environment & Schedule
Location: Edwardsville, IL (Fully Onsite)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Environment: Warehouse production environment (~62°F)
