Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and networks
• Proven experience in MVS System Administrator
• Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and log analysis
• Experience with user account management and data security protocols
• Proficiency in installing and updating software, patches, and security updates
• Ability to perform regular data backups and implement disaster recovery plans

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in collaborating with IT teams and vendors
• Knowledge of new technology implementations and infrastructure optimization
• Strong documentation skills for system configurations and processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure optimal performance and uptime of IT infrastructure
• Analyze logs and identify potential issues to prevent downtime and security risks
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Respond to technical issues, support end users, and resolve hardware and software problems
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall system reliability
