Your Role:

• Accelerate revenue growth across all locations
• Inspire and guide team members through direct reports and store management teams
• Balance hands-on management with strategic oversight of both stores
• Transform operational insights into actionable strategies that boost productivity, profitability, and overall performance

• A typical corporate desk job with infrequent store visits
• Acceptable of mediocrity; we aim for excellence
• For managers content with maintaining the status quo rather than driving growth

What You Bring:Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in progressive retail or restaurant management
• At least 2 years managing multiple units successfully (preferred)
• Strong ability to analyze P&L statements and translate data into strategic actions
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between locations (50% travel required)
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with licensed stores or franchises
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Proven success in developing managers who advance in their careers
