We are looking to add dynamic 2 AREA MANAGERS to Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteak brand locations. Higher demand for the cheez(wiz) and our award winning pizzas- has necessitated a newly created management position.

Our company has built its reputation and products quickly, embracing the warm neighborhood support since its first slice served at Frank and Andreas in Dinkytown.

Systemic Operation: Checklists, temp checks, cleaning schedules, opening duties, cash handling

Driving Sales: Implementing strategies through customer & neighborhood engagement

Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Identify, develop, and teach team members their roles and responsibilities. Also ensure that the positive team culture is upheld to the Tono's standards

Exceptional Operations Standards: Quality Control, CFPM, safety, and best practices
