Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, delivering customized logistics solutions.
Lead contract negotiations for new clients, ensuring profitable, competitive terms.
Review and renegotiate existing contracts, adjusting pricing and service levels as needed.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure contracts are feasible and compliant.
Analyze market trends and operational costs to develop sustainable pricing strategies.
Track contract performance and report on sales, renewals, and revenue impact.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in 3PL/logistics sales and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to close deals and renegotiate contracts profitably.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of 3PL pricing models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with CRM and contract management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
Knowledge of SLAs, contract law, and compliance in logistics services.
Preferred:
Experience with logistics management software (SAP, Icertis).
Deep understanding of transportation, warehousing, and value-added logistics.
Salary: $175K+
Location: Multi-state territory NJ-CA-PA(travel required; hybrid/remote flexibility)
