Job Details

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Permanent Multi-Family Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking to make a significant impact in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management, financial tracking, and project documentation.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee and manage all project-related documentation, including subcontractor submittals, RFIs, OAC meeting minutes, permit tracking, ASIs, and CCDs, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

2. Maintain and update the project's drawing set, both electronically and in hard copy, to reflect any modifications or updates.

3. Assist with monthly billings, budget adjustments, owner changes, subcontractor adjustments, and pricing for addendums, ensuring accurate financial tracking.

4. Manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

5. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure efficient and effective execution of project plans.

6. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met in all stages of the project.

7. Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the project timeline, budget, or quality of work.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family, affordable housing, or commercial construction projects.

3. Proficiency with Sage 300, Procure, and Bluebeam software.

4. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

5. Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.

6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

7. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control.

8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and proactively address potential project issues.

10. Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
