About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization with a strong footprint in the Southeast to hire a Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume production facility in Trenton, SC.

This is a hands-on role supporting installation, repair, and maintenance of large-scale industrial equipment. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment on rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain large and complex industrial manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance

• Dismantle, move, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery

• Diagnose and support PLC-controlled equipment (basic troubleshooting preferred)

• Support production equipment reliability and minimize downtime

• Maintain safety compliance in a manufacturing setting

• Complete other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production plant environment

• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems

• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating DuPont-style shifts

• Industrial Maintenance certification, technical diploma, or related training preferred

• Ability to pass a technical maintenance assessment

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience

• Experience servicing large industrial equipment

• Automotive repair experience (in addition to industrial background)

• Experience in tire, textile, paper, chemical, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environments

Compensation & Benefits

• $34.00 per hour

• Result Share bonus program (historically averaging 13–16%)
