Job Title: MSAT Associate - Manufacturing Technology Associate
Location: Rockville, MD
Type: Contract
Compensation: $32-$40/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Overview
Biopharmaceutical Company is seeking a MSAT Associate to join their team in Rockville, MD! This role would focus in downstream operations of commercial scale manufacturing!

Responsibilities

• Support MSAT manufacturing operations in a GMP environment.
• Assist in deviation investigations to determine root causes and impact on product.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to identify solutions to complex manufacturing problems.
• Support process monitoring efforts and apply statistical tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and robustness.
• Participate in technology transfer activities between internal and external manufacturing sites and corporate partners.
• Assist in implementing new processes, equipment, and materials, including change control procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Experience with commercial-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, especially downstream unit operations.
• Ability to critically analyze data and generate technical reports.
• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and problem solving.
