Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 01:00pm-09:00pm - Rotating Saturday 1 a Month
Compensation:
Pay Range: $45.00-55.00 Per Year
Description:
• We are seeking a skilled MRI Tech for a full-time position in New Britain, CT.
• This role involves conducting MRI imaging in an outpatient setting, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and rotating Saturdays once a month.
• Candidates should have experience with MRI protocols and equipment, ensuring patient safety and quality diagnostic imaging.
Requirements:
• BLS certification
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited MRI program with current MRI certification
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification
• IV certification preferred
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical record systems
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in MRI imaging
• Sound understanding of anatomical positioning and MRI protocols
• Ability to manage patient care and safety
• Experience with patient assessment and documentation
• Knowledge of infection control standards
• Experience with safety, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience with power injectors preferred
