Job Title: Mover / Contents Technician

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours may vary); rotational on-call required
Location: Ramsey, MN

Shift: 1st shift M-F 7:30am-4:30pm and On Call

Job Summary:
We are seeking growth-minded Movers / Contents Technicians who are motivated to serve others with a “whatever it takes” mindset. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners and internal teams to pack, move, transport, and return personal belongings impacted by fire, water, or mold damage. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, travel, and making a meaningful impact in their community. Opportunities for out-of-state travel are available, with additional pay provided for travel assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company professionally while assisting clients during times of loss
• Pack, move, load, and unload personal belongings to and from job sites and company facilities
• Handle fragile, sentimental, and high-value household items with care
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and customers to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain open, respectful communication to support customer satisfaction
• Travel to job sites in Iowa and surrounding states as needed (additional compensation provided)
• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting contents
• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications:
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (team lifting 40 lbs+ regularly)
• Comfortable handling fragile and personal household belongings
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• CDL preferred but not required
• Ability to drive for extended periods and travel between job sites
• Strong verbal communication skills
• English required; Spanish required
• Dependable, service-oriented, and team-focused
• Willingness to work variable schedules and rotational on-call shifts

Working Conditions:
• Physically demanding role with frequent lifting, carrying, and loading
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
• Travel between residential properties, facilities, and out-of-state job sites
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and driving
