Indianapolis, Indiana - onsite
M-F 8-5pm
6 Months contract to hire - $55-$60K

Strong in Excel, and professional when interacting with employees/customers.
Years of Experience needed: 1+ year of general administrative professional experience
Resource's typical working day:
Extensive training will be provided

• They will not be onsite for office moves but rather assisting to coordinate them prior to the moves
• Keeping the data up to date
• Confirming the new location is available
• Work within a schedule with the movers and other team members
• Inventory existing workstations, seating locations,
• Additional move support services maybe required in support of our clients Return to Office efforts.

Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite
Top Nice to have Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role
Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews
