Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to bring stories, visuals, and brand concepts to life through high‑quality animation. You’ll work closely with designers, editors, and creative leads to develop motion assets for consumer‑facing marketing campaigns. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and highly creative—ideal for someone who enjoys designing, animating, and contributing ideas from concept through final delivery.

What You’ll Do

·         Create motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns across digital channels.

·         Bring storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts to life through motion and animation.

·         Develop branded motion toolkits and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.

·         Collaborate with design, editing, and UX teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

·         Participate in creative brainstorming, propose ideas, and help solve creative challenges.

·         Integrate motion graphics with video footage for content promotions.

·         Contribute to concept development for new projects and support visual exploration.

Minimum Qualifications

·         3–5+ years of motion graphics experience (agency + in‑house experience is a strong plus).

·         Strong sense of visual storytelling, animation, and motion design.

·         Deep knowledge of typography, brand design, and 2D/3D motion techniques.

·         Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; proficiency in Figmais a plus.

·         Experience creating animations for consumer-facing digital content.

·         Strong communication skills to present and explain creative ideas.

·         Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·         Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and focused on delivering measurable creative impact.

·         Understanding of digital asset requirements for both B2C and B2B environments.

·         Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or similar) is a plus.

·         A creative thinker who can design and animate—from concept through final delivery.

·         Someone comfortable creating original style frames, storyboards, and motion concepts.

·         A designer who can work independently but also collaborate closely with a creative team.

·         A strong portfolio with real‑world work (not only student projects).

·         A multi‑disciplinary motion designer—typography, graphics, animation, brand systems, etc.

·         Someone who doesn’t rely solely on templates, but can create unique, original work.
