MULTIPLE OPENINGS FOR EACH LOCATION

Seeking Mortgage Underwriters for our client located in Westlake Village, California. The ideal candidate will have front line conventional refinance experience with 1-3 years of underwriting experience in a fast paced environment and exceptional attention to detail.
Job Duties: (include but are not limited to):

• Underwriting of conventional loans within established SLA requirements while maintaining file quality
• Responsible for setting and clearing loan conditions on files according to investor guidelines and within established processes and procedures
• Responsible for educating and mentoring all HSS they work with
• Must be able to work overtime as required

1. Experience with Front Line Conventional Refinancing
2. 2+ years of underwriting experience in a fast paced environment
3. Knowledge of mortgage regulations and Client/Freddie Mac Mortgage guidelines
4. High School diploma required, College diploma preferred
