Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Loan Shipper:
- Review completed loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor guidelines.
- Prepare and ship loan packages to investors, custodians, and secondary market partners for timely purchase.
- Ensure documents meet requirements for agencies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA.
- Utilize Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and document management systems to track and manage loan files.
Preferred Qualifications for the Mortgage Loan Shipper:
- Mortgage industry experience (shipping experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and document management platforms.
