Job Details
We are seeking a Loan Partner to support our Loan Officers throughout the full mortgage lifecycle—from application through closing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to a wide variety of loan products.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting Loan Officers with loan setup, disclosures, and pipeline management
Collecting, reviewing, and organizing borrower documentation
Communicating with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third parties
Assisting with renovation, specialty, and non-traditional loan scenarios
Providing consistent, high-touch borrower support throughout the process
What We Look For:
Prior mortgage, lending, or loan processing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
Interest in learning complex loan products and growing within mortgage lending
