Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage products and the ability to work closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage application process. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing the best possible loan options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their mortgage needs and objectives.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather required documentation.
• Analyze clients' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Provide clients with clear and comprehensive explanations of loan terms and conditions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan processors, and other team members to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Develop and maintain a network of referral sources to generate new business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role in the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, regulations, and the real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
