Location: Auburn Hills, MI.

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Shift Times:

• 1st Shift: 6:45 am—3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm—11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm—7:00 am (Monday Night – Saturday Morning)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Molding Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Molding Operator, you will be responsible for verifying and packing molded components based on standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate molding machines in accordance with specific job orders and company guidelines.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor the molding process to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet required specifications.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Molding Operator 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime, as needed.
