Our client, a leading organization in retail operations, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting facility operations and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
- Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, while independently performing defined tasks.
- Perform general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs.
- Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and other general maintenance duties.
- Be on call for after-hours emergencies and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
What's Needed?
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of applicable experience in building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
