Our client, a leading organization in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC/R Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the operations of various client facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Wetherington, OH
Shift: Mon - Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm
What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in assigned facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC/R and electrical issues, ensuring energy-efficient and safe operation.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including roofing, lighting, and fixtures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs, utilizing CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Preferably possess commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R experience.
- Must have 480v 3-phase electrical knowledge and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 80 lbs, working at heights, and climbing ladders.
- HVAC Universal CFC recovery certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
