Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple site locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
  • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building structures.
  • Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations to ensure safety and operational continuity.
  • Prepare detailed reports on work performed, conditions found, and recommended actions for management review.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Universal EPA 608 Certification is required.
  • Valid state driver’s license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
  • Willingness to support after-hours activities and overtime as needed.
  • Strong understanding of building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and related equipment.
