Overview
We are seeking a Mobile Billing Analyst to manage and optimize corporate wireless/mobile services across Verizon and AT&T. This role focuses on telecom expense management (TEM), wireless billing analysis, and mobile device lifecycle management to ensure accurate billing, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage mobile device and wireless line activations, including plan selection, features, and data optimization
- Maintain and reconcile inventory of mobile lines, SIM cards, and devices across carriers
- Perform wireless billing analysis and invoice reconciliation (Verizon, AT&T), validating charges, taxes, and surcharges
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, overcharges, and carrier errors
- Analyze usage and identify unused or underutilized lines; recommend and execute cost-saving actions
- Support telecom expense management (TEM) initiatives to optimize spend and improve visibility
- Manage device lifecycle (lost, stolen, damaged, inactive lines), including suspensions and cancellations
- Partner with carriers to handle billing disputes, credits, plan changes, and account clean-up
- Evaluate and recommend rate plan optimization and contract improvements
- Develop reporting on wireless usage, spend, trends, and cost-saving opportunities
- Translate complex telecom billing data into clear, business-friendly insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit controls related to mobile/telecom services
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and ad hoc telecom or mobility projects
Required Experience
- 2+ years with a major wireless carrier (Verizon or AT&T preferred) in billing, account management, or customer care
OR - 3+ years in telecom expense management (TEM), mobility management, or wireless account administration
Key Skills & Keywords
