Mobile Automotive Technician

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram of Lockport is a family-owned dealership looking for an experienced Technician to join our growing team as a Mobile Service Tech - Stellantis experience preferred! This position combines technical expertise with customer-facing service, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must. Position Hours: 8am – 5pm, Mon-Fri

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments.
• Perform maintenance and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair miscellaneous vehicle automotive systems.
• Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer.
• Communicate with customers directly to explain repairs needed.
• Collect payment for services on site.
• Regularly communicate with service advisors
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Ensure customer vehicles and on-site work areas are kept clean & in the same condition as when you arrived.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years technician experience
• Stellantis experience preferred!
• Positive attitude a must
• Team member, flexible, detail oriented and focused on maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
