TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Mission Support Specialist to support government operations and administrative, data, and facility support activities across a dynamic program environment.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the designated duty location.
The Mission Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Government’s ongoing mission by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and data management support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The Mission Support Specialist contributes to workflows that ensure efficient administrative processes, accurate data tracking, and effective coordination of mission support activities.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings and support meeting preparation, including agenda development, tracking action items, and distributing meeting minutes.
- Provide sector mission support, including organizing contract files, tracking purchase logs, and coordinating with financial teams on payments and funding.
- Deliver administrative support including managing communications, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Maintain and manage physical and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Track and report data in government systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence to support program and facility operations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair (M&R) activities, including tracking project status and preparing reports.
- Support documentation processing, including preparing documents for signature and routing through appropriate systems.
- Assist with inventory tracking, equipment research, and vendor coordination.
- Utilize systems such as Microsoft SharePoint, SAP, and other databases to manage and report information.
- Conduct quality control checks on data and documentation to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Support cross-training and onboarding of new personnel as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance through the Government.
- Experience in administrative support, mission support, or program support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with systems such as SharePoint, SAP, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Experience with office management and data analytics is desired.
