- Proven experience as a Millwright or Machinist within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation—preferably with Haas equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, tooling setups, welding techniques, and precision measurement instruments.
- Ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations involved in machining processes.
- Familiarity with forklift operation preferred; commitment to safety standards related to manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and fabricate machinery, parts, and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings.
- Make tooling and machine parts to specified tolerance.
- Operate all machine tools, selecting appropriate tools for most efficient machining of parts.
- Maintain company molds and dies.
- Repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Assist other areas of maintenance department, as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on tooling development.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine calibrations, and repair logs; adhere to safety protocols at all times.
