What You’ll Be Doing

-Installing interior wood paneling and finish trims.

-Precision work: Custom sauna components construction and installation. Trim work and detailing.

-Sanding, surface prep and finishing work. Installation of doors, glass components and finishing elements.

-Staining, painting and sealing cladding sauna components.

-Collaborating with a Team: Work closely with other skilled professionals, all

driven by a passion for wellness and craftsmanship.

-Maintaining a Safe, Clean Environment: Safety and cleanliness will be a

priority in your role, ensuring a smooth, efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

-Experience: Preferred 2+ years of finishing carpentry, cabinetmaking, or millwork

experience ideally in a residential or related field.

-Tool Comfortability: Tool experience and knowledge using mitre saws, table

saws, routers, shaper, planer, jointer and installation tools.

-Attention to Detail: A passion for quality craftsmanship and an eye for precision.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to adapt and find solutions under pressure.

-Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

-Safety Conscious: A commitment to workplace safety and regulations.
