Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on a variety of metals and material thicknesses.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols accurately.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and measure finished workpieces to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with other welders, fabricators, and production staff to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a weld test and meet visual/mechanical inspection requirements.
