Are you a skilled welder or someone looking to grow into robotic welding? We’re hiring a MIG Welder / Robotic Welding Operator for a hands-on role working with steel assemblies and advanced welding equipment.
This is a great opportunity to build your welding career , expand your technical skills, and work with both manual and robotic systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
- Operate and assist with programming robotic welding equipment
- Set up welding jobs to ensure strong, clean welds and proper fit-up
- Troubleshoot welding and equipment issues as needed
- Inspect welds to meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with fabrication and production teams
- Assist with process improvements and new welding setups
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- MIG welding experience preferred (entry-level welders welcome to apply!)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn robotic systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a production environment
- Lift materials and components as needed
- Perform repetitive welding and fabrication tasks

- Maintain and operate welding equipment
- Maintain welding equipment and tools
- Perform welding, repair and fabrication
- Obtaining a structural welding certificate (CWB)
- Using wrenches or welding equipment
