For over 15 years, Study Smart Tutors have provided tutoring, college preparation, and enrichment programming for thousands of students and families. We are currently looking for a Middle School Math (Certified Teacher) Tutor to join our group at our Sanford, Fl location. Candidates must hold a 4-year degree and be a certified teacher to be considered. It offers an excellent pay rate of $40 per hour, including the Benefits mentioned below. BENEFITS for the MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH TUTOR:
- Paid Onboarding/ Training / Preparation / Support: $22.00 an hour

MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH TUTOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES: (Included, but not limited to)
- Subjects to be taught: Math & ELA
- Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
- Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
- Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
- Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
- Partner with Study Smart Tutor's Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students
jjQUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH TUTOR:
- MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
- MUST be a CERTIFIED TEACHER
- Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
- In-person availability is required
- Scheduled hours: Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM EST
- Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
