The Role

Your mission in this role is simple: build high-performance websites efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.

You will work closely with our marketing and SEO teams to build websites that support lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing performance.

This role requires someone who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality.

What You Will Do

• Build high-performance websites from a blank canvas
• Create layouts optimized for conversion and lead generation
• Execute pixel-perfect page builds and layouts
• Manage and maintain WordPress websites
• Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams
• Follow structured production workflows and SOPs
• Deliver projects on schedule with near-perfect accuracy

Required Experience

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• 3–5+ years of professional web development experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment
• A portfolio of websites you personally built for real clients
• Experience building websites for service-based businesses (HVAC, plumbing, contractors, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Strong experience building websites using WordPress

You must also be comfortable:

• Designing layouts from scratch (no templates or AI tools)
• Manage multiple website builds simultaneously while meeting production deadlines

• Remote role.
• U.S. candidates must be based in Florida

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Based on experience
• Pay Schedule: Paid twice monthly (1st & 15th)
