Position Overview

A nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm is seeking a talented Mid-Level Designer with approximately 5–8 years of experience. This role involves contributing to design development, construction documentation, and coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative studio environment and demonstrates strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.




Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and technical solutions.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents and technical drawings.
  • Assist with design development through all project phases.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Participate in client meetings and support presentations.
  • Maintain design intent throughout documentation and implementation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
  • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of additional design software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and construction documentation standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Progress toward architectural licensure or professional registration.
  • Experience with aviation, civic, higher education, or municipal project types.
  • LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience is a plus.
